So, this can only mean that we as Nas Pavilion buyers would not get back their money. How about saying yes to the 10 sen for every RM 1 paid offer. I paid RM30k at least I would get back RM3k cash now compared to nothing.

i am one of those who REJECTED taking the 10% back. What sort of bullshit daylight robbery is this? I understand MultiPurpose in goodwill decided to reimburse 10%, yes thank you for that.. but seriously.. if they themselves were personal buyers, i'm sure they will feel exactly like how we are feeling today.
So fuck those directors, fuck the 10%, and if any development goes on there, my friends and i (who are buyers) will MAKE SURE BY HOOK OR CROOK THE WORK WILL BE STOPPED.
Hi there i'm Max here. My family bought 2 units of Nas Pavilion. We were not informed of ANYTHING at all. All calls made last time to their office went unanswered and not it's not functioning anymore.

We must hold on to the S&P and get what we were promised. If all the unit owners unite, we can form a consortium and hire a firm to build the units. That would be the fair outcome.
Please note, the bank will try to avoid this by distracting all efforts to continue this project now because this specific land price have gone up very high. But we as the unit holders have more right to this and can fight this if we unite.
Lets form an independent unit and own this prime property which is rightfully ours.
If the buyers condo units are not delivered as per agreed contract before the next election, the government is clearly showing that it can tolerate corruption especially since these business owners are all their allies and friends. I have gone to the government office many times and their reply is that this is not their problem. Typical!!!!
This is just not right. I think only a new government will be competent enough to deal with these kind of unfair practices by companies. Lets start contacting each other via emails and we will form a company that will overtake this project and ensure all units are delivered fairly.

I have paid around RM29k downpayment back in 2004 for the Developer "URBAN Shift Sdn. Bhd, Suite D-07-07, Plaza Mont Kiara, 2 Jalan Kiara, 50480 KL. Tel: 03-6201 1837/1792 Fax: 03-6203 1278 and their marketing agent was "KIM Realty, 82 Jalan SS22/25, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Tel: 03-7729 6333 Fax: 03-7729 5333
I suppose all telephone numbers are long gone now.
Malaysia government should do something to their directors!!!. Revive the project or pay us back our deposit plus interest.
I paid RM150k for 3 unit of apartments back in 2004. Don't know how to get back my money. So frustrated..!!! Who to be blamed?? Anyone know the good lawyer to recommend??

14/12/2008 - There is a running committee for Nas Pavilion buyers. Email at naspavilion@gmail.com and will forward your contact / email / message this to the main committee member in charge. Buyers are advised to strongly support the initiatives of the committee.
