THE NAS Pavilion, the latest addition to Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle, officially opened its first phase of service apartments for sale on Jan 9, 2004.
`The completed phase one, which is the furnished service residences, will feature a total of 438 units, ranging from as low as RM198,800 up to between RM568,680 and RM1,601,460 for the nine penthouse units,' says Mohd Nasrizal Abdul Aziz, executive chairman of Urban Shift Sdn Bhd, at the project's launch.
On hand to officiate the launch was Datuk Dr. Jamaludin Datuk Mohd Jarjis, the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister, Datuk Abdul Aziz Shamsuddin, the Deputy Minister of Education, and other VIPS.
